ARINDER BHULLAR – RETURNS POLICY

1.  Goods in respect of which there is no statutory right to a refund may be exchanged or credit note issued, at the discretion of the Manager, provided that proof of purchase is produced and the goods are returned undamaged and in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date or purchase.  This entitlement does not apply for reasons of hygiene in the case of pierced earrings, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear.

2.  Customers’ statutory rights to a refund of the purchase price in respect off goods that are not of satisfactory quality, are unaffected by this store policy, although goods will not be exchanged or the price refunded unless proof of purchases at ARINDER BHULLAR is produced or can clearly be inferred.

NB.  You have no legal entitlement to obtain a refund or an exchange in respect of goods unless they are not of satisfactory quality under the law.  Credit Cards can only be accepted in payment of goods or services if:
A)  They have been signed on the back and B)  They are presented by the named cardholder.

1.  Goods will not be exchanged or the price refunded for goods bought in the sale

ARINDER BHULLAR – MADE TO MEASURE POLICY

1.  Payment for half the total amount will be required prior to ordering.
2.  Deposits are non-returnable on items ordered made to measure.
3.  All garments should be checked for quality, shade and defects prior to collection, no claims will be accepted once taken from store.
4.  Customers are not collecting goods within 60 days of ordering will lose their full deposit.
